Returns & Refund Policy

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are classified as intimate apparel (men’s sheer hosiery/underwear), our return conditions are as follows:

  1. Faulty Items (Return Accepted):

    If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days. Once confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label or issue a replacement/refund.

  2. Change of Mind (Limited Eligibility):

    For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened, worn, damaged, or non-resellable intimate items

    If the item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging, you may request a return within 30days (return shipping cost borne by the customer).

Return Process

  • Contact us at care@sher.design with your order number and photos (if applicable).
  • Receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address.
  • Ship your item back and provide the tracking number.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Faulty item returns: We cover the return shipping cost.
  • Change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty).

Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 3 to 5 business days. As soon as your return or exchange is complete, we'll e-mail you.
