Returns & Refund Policy
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
Because our products are classified as intimate apparel (men’s sheer hosiery/underwear), our return conditions are as follows:

Faulty Items (Return Accepted):
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days. Once confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label or issue a replacement/refund.

Change of Mind (Limited Eligibility):
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened, worn, damaged, or non-resellable intimate items
If the item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging, you may request a return within 30days (return shipping cost borne by the customer).
Return Process
- Contact us at 【care@sher.design】 with your order number and photos (if applicable).
- Receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address.
- Ship your item back and provide the tracking number.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Faulty item returns: We cover the return shipping cost.
- Change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty).
