Tracking

A tracking number will be provided for all shipped orders. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at 【care@sher.design】 within 7 days with your order details and photos. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts & Common Causes

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave a notice or attempt to contact you. In some cases, packages may be held at a local post office or a pickup point. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier and arrange for pickup.

Common reasons for delivery failures include:

  1. No one available at the delivery address: If no one is home to receive the package, and there is no secure place (e.g., a mailbox or designated safe drop-off point), the carrier may not leave the package.
  2. Lack of a secure drop-off location: If the delivery location does not have a secure area, such as a mailbox or porch, the carrier may decide to hold the package for pickup or attempt redelivery.
  3. Incorrect address information: Incomplete or incorrect shipping details can also lead to failed deliveries.

If your delivery attempt fails, our customer service team will provide you with the contact information for the local courier responsible for the final delivery. At this point, it will be necessary for you to contact the courier directly to arrange a redelivery or to collect your package from the designated location.

To avoid the package being returned or discarded, please ensure you follow up with the courier within their specified time frame for pickup or redelivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • SHÉR Socks is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • SHÉR is an Australian company, and all orders from Australia are subject to the corresponding taxes, which you will see automatically calculated when you check out your order.

Shipping & Handling Restrictions

  • Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. You'll be notified while placing your order if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected.

Discreet Packaging

  • Your privacy is important to us and our discreet packaging ensures that you are the only one getting excited by the parcel - to others it may look a little boring. Package contents are never displayed on the outer label for orders shipping within Australia.
